parasites
The spicy salmon handroll is my favourite thing to get at sushi.
I was reading this article at Scientific American Are urban tapeworms on the rise?
How Safe is Your Sushi?
....Tapeworms are a common parasite in freshwater fish and so any type of raw freshwater fish should be avoided. The good news with flukes and tapeworms is that most can be treated with simple medication.
....Wild caught salmon are almost always found with parasites while their farmed cousins rarely are found with parasites. Most incidences involving a person contracting a parasite from sushi are from people preparing it at home and eating raw, wild caught salmon.

inspiration, prespiration
Today is HOT!
from the first grouping I like Heidi Klum most
the 2nd grouping i like claudia schiffer? (the scarf around the neck)

from the 1st grouping - i like the thigh high boots instead of tights, that looks awesome
and the sweetheart dress paired with a tshirt. i still absolutely hate those pants in the first pic.
- tie dye pants, similar to the ones gwen wore in the new no doubt tour
from the 3rd insert - marissa Cooper has style
and from the 4th - i pretty much like everything in this piece, i love those boots and the floral dress.
up next, emily haines ! I wish I had sparkly tights so i could make up an outfit with shorts. she is really cool looking and her hair is pretty plain jane like mine.

ok ashley olsen, nice hair cut. jessica szohr from gossip girl has a wicked style too, except for the nipple in the 3rd. and finally i have found somebody wearing fingerless gloves that dont have the finger holes. i found a bunch of these mitts on etsy.

I don't know what you call this print, one of my scarves has it too. In the group shot I like the purple dress with the black tights and black shoes and the dress with the leather coat.
tie dye/ faded shirt / i feel like i could make this ruched shirt with better colours / i could make this shirt too, just watch out for side flashing. there is no back or sides, just a bit on the bottom.
why didn't i ever think of using birch bark? these are from an etsy shop - bettula. the last shot is from canadian house and home.
