Part 2:

Living Room:
Also awaiting a colour scheme. I want to stay neutral, but have one burst of colour.
There is no way I can get new furniture, so right now I'm just working with what I have. I also have to accomodate the radiator underneath the window.
For the curtains I was hoping for something loud, to be the focal point.. but the radiator means the curtain will have to be short or have a width bigger than the window frame. So these pictures are just a dream.

Other ideas for the walls

Part 1: Decorate the Apartment

I have a ton of pictures I've been collecting for the BEDROOM
I'm still working on a colour scheme _____________________
Ideas for a headboard:
-something painted on canvas, but it has to be proportionate to the size of the bed
-i was also thinking of some foam + fabric to make a puffy large headboard that can be hung up
-the first picture here is a shelf in the same colour as the wall, holding the pictures
-for the second picture, you could do three along the side or one long one

There is only one window in the bedroom, but i'd like to make a curtain for it anyway. I just bought a Singer Sewing Basics book, there are many different types of curtain ideas - or shade ideas. Currently the window is sporting blinds.

In the Lotta Jansdotter book, there is info on how to make a duvet cover.. I'm hoping I can find the right fabric to put that together.

In the meantime, I need to work out a colour scheme.
